Barefoot Toning

Description: Free your mootsie tootsies and build muscular strength and balance using a combination of internal resistance and equipment-based toning exercises which emphasize integrated muscle movements and core strength. Class format varies, but can use stability balls, Pilates balls, BOSU, bands, yoga and dance inspired moves.
