Boot Camp Power Hour

Description: Improve agility, balance, and speed to enhance athletic performance. We’ll use a variety of equipment including medicine balls, bands, weights, jump-ropes, and wobble boards to perform sports related drills. Then follow up with hardcore strength training using a variety of resistance tools. Class involves optional jumping and plyometric drills.
