Description: Format varies (step, BOSU, hi-lo, aerobic dance, kickbox, etc.) but always involves a full energetic cardio workout and total strength training. Aimed at the Intermediate exerciser, but all levels are welcome to attend and use appropriate modifications. Class is 90 minutes long.
