About the program
If you have certain risk factors for cardiovascular disease, or if you have completed the second or third phases of cardiac rehab, your physician can refer you to Cardiac Fitness. Exercise safely with the help and supervision of a fitness specialist. The program is open to anyone in the community, so you do not need to be a member to participate.
This eight-week medically based program offers:
Assessments at the beginning and end of program
An individualized exercise plan
Two 60-minute group workout sessions per week
A summary report provided to you and your healthcare provider
Unlimited, full access to the center
The option to join the center with waived enrollment at the end of the program
