Valley Health Wellness & Fitness Center will feature state-of-the-art fitness equipment as well as a full menu of services designed to create an invigorating, relaxing experience. These will include:

- Indoor cushioned walk/jog track

- Spacious locker rooms with separate women's and men's steam, sauna and massage rooms

- Massage Therapy
Our full-service locker rooms will include complimentary towel service, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizing lotion, shaving cream and hair dryers. We will also provide locks for your convenience.
Kidz in Motion
Kidz in Motion will provide a safe, secure, supervised environment for children six months through 11 years of age while their parents are using our Center. Daily activities will promote positive health, safety and nutritional practices through fitness, science, arts and crafts, active games and special projects.
Light fare and beverage service
Enjoy a variety of salads, sandwiches and beverages. Enjoy your healthy snack in our relaxing, comfortable lobby or take it with you.
Health and Education
As a part of the medical fitness experience, Valley Health Wellness & Fitness Center will offer a wide array of individualized, medically-directed health education lifestyle programs, conducted by interdisciplinary teams of professionals. These programs will combine education, exercise and lifestyle improvements to help you take control of your health and your life.
