May is Family Wellness Month. It was created to help families stay connected and healthy. Often our everyday tasks overshadow our family needs. Wellness is an important component to a family dynamic and it’s never too late to start improving family life. The goal is that if you can improve your family’s life, it will become a permanent change for the better. Don’t forget to appreciate those who are closest to you!
