The TRX Suspension Trainer (total-body resistance exercise and Suspension Training) is an effective piece of equipment that requires no weights and uses your own body weight to build strength and stability. Unlike traditional strength training, TRX exercises engage multiple muscle groups at once, often activating core and stabilizing muscles you may not typically notice.
There are many exercises you can complete on the TRX, from upper-body to lower-body and everything in between. Read on for a few of our favorites and how to complete them, courtesy of trxtraining.com.

How to do it:

- Move your feet toward the anchor.
- Pull yourself up by bending your elbows and bringing your hands to your sides.
- Lower back down with control.

How to do it:
- Face away from the anchor point with a handle in each hand.

- The steeper the angle, the more challenging the movement.

- Ensure the straps are taut.
- Pull your hands toward your face by bending your elbows.
- Slowly lower down, keeping your elbows steady
