Join us for a special health and fitness event for our senior community. Seniors 65 and better will have FREE access to Valley Health Wellness & Fitness Center. Come explore our fitness center, participate in group activities, and connect with other seniors in a supportive environment. Plus, seniors can enjoy FREE chair massages throughout the day.
