An event every week that begins at 8:45 am on Saturday, repeating indefinitely

The attitudes and choices you make today, create the “house” you will live in tomorrow so Build Wisely! Build Wisely means our coaches focus on more than just making you tired. We want to build up and challenge your body and mind through training with a purpose. This purposeful training is strategically designed for maximal fat loss, while building lean muscle and keeping your joints safe. Our programs will optimize your ability to perform pain free every day. These sessions take place in our weight room, and will use many aspects including barbells, free weights, bands, and many other things. We are obsessed with making new friends and teaching everyone how to train with purpose. If you are thinking about coming, stop hesitating and just show up. We guarantee a great time!
