Foam Roller Stretch and Strength

The foam roller is an amazing tool to assist in stretching and strengthening the
entire body. Join Pauline in a class that is designed for all levels to learn how to
use the roller to lengthen tight muscles but also strengthen the weak ones. It
can also be used to challenge your core and balance and is a great addition to
any fitness routine. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
