Kettlebell 101

Learn the foundations of how to safely and effectively use a kettlebell.  We will review how to select the right weight for your workout and then focus on how to execute some of the basic moves with a kettlebell; such as the one and two-handed swings, squats, dead lifts, and clean and press. Whether you are picking up a kettlebell for the first time, or you already incorporate the kettlebell into your regular workout regimen, this class is sure to be a hit with you!
