Through lighthearted practice and play, children are introduced to yoga. We will learn simple centering techniques through breath work and yoga poses to center, direct, and release their beautiful energy!  Occurs the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.  For ages 4-11.  Free for Kids Zone members; $10 for guests (pay at front desk upon check-in).

Yin Yoga
