BOGAFIT® is an innovative aquatic program inspired by stand-up paddle boarding and fitness, incorporating HIIT, Pilates, and yoga.  Accessible to everyone regardless of age, the program is safe, fun, and effective!  Pre-registration and pre-payment required for BOGAFIT® sessions.  3 lap lanes remain open for lap swimming during BOGAFIT® sessions.

Laughter Yoga

Kids love playing on the stand-up paddle boards in the pool!  During BOGAFIT® Kids, children ages 7-12 learn how to balance on the boards while gaining strength, endurance, and coordination.  Pre-registration and pre-payment required.  3 lap lanes remain open for lap swimming during BOGAFIT® sessions.
