Join us for the fifth annual Valley Health Wellness & Fitness Center MURPH Challenge.
Come strengthen your core and have fun! Burn calories while you learn basic steps from a variety of styles of belly dance - and explore fusions with Bollywood, Bhangra, folk, and other international rhythms. No dance experience required. Get ready twist, shimmy, and work your hips in this non-stop workout!
This class combines movement meditation and Vinyasa yoga flow set to music. It begins with a dynamic moving meditation as a warm-up (10 min), followed by a beginner’s Vinyasa Flow (set to inspirational contemporary music). End with a Savasana relaxation phase and final mini meditation.
Earn points for different activities (attendance, accomplishing goals, social media posts, etc) and get rewarded!Each month we will award the athletes that are in the top 5 of total points in June, July and August.
