An American Red Cross Lifeguard Recertification class will be held in the pool area on Sunday, 5/15 from 9am-3pm. This class combines movement meditation and Vinyasa yoga flow set to music. It begins with a dynamic moving meditation as a warm-up (10 min), followed by a beginner’s Vinyasa Flow (set to inspirational contemporary music). End with a Savasana relaxation phase and final mini meditation.
