We will learn simple centering techniques through breath work and yoga poses to center, direct, and release their beautiful energy!  Occurs the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.  For ages 4-11.  Free for Kids Zone members; $10 for guests (pay at front desk upon check-in).
