BOGA® Beginner Balance

Not sure you have enough balance for the BOGA® boards?  Yes, you do!  Sue will coach you through beginner balance exercises on the dynamic BOGA® boards.  Special emphasis will be placed on improving posture, balance, and coordination.  You will be amazed at what you can accomplish on the BOGA® boards and you will increase your balance confidence! $10/member, $15 non-member.  Register and pay at the Member Services Desk.

BOGAFIT® is an innovative aquatic program inspired by stand-up paddle boarding and fitness, incorporating HIIT, Pilates, and yoga.  Accessible to everyone regardless of age, the program is safe, fun, and effective!  Pre-registration and pre-payment required for BOGAFIT® sessions.  Single sessions are also available at a fee of $15 for members or $25 for non-members when sessions are not full.  3 lap lanes remain open for lap swimming during BOGAFIT® sessions.

Swim lessons for babies and toddlers ages 6 months - 2 years and their parents.  This water introduction program helps the parent and child get used to the water and see the pool as fun.  Pre-registration and pre-payment is required for swim lessons.  Adult members may use the therapy pool during this time, however the pool jets may remain off and there will be children in the pool.
