We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming April Wellness Week! This week is dedicated to taking care of your physical and mental health through small group training classes, activities, and more. This event is open to the community, and to make it easy to join us we are offering FREE day passes all week long. Non-members can stop in any day this week to request a pass and experience everything Valley Health Wellness & Fitness Center has to offer. Participate in one or all of our daily themed events for an opportunity to prioritize your overall well-being, inside and out.

Enjoy Daily Themes and Activities:

Movement – Monday, April 20

Try a FREE small group training class*:

  • One More Rep (pre-registration required) | 6:30 am–7:15 am
  • Circuit Style (pre-registration required) | 10–10:45 am
  • StrongHer (women only, pre-registration required) | 5–6 pm
  • Educational Seminar: Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness with Gabrielle | 11 am–noon

Nutrition – Tuesday, April 21

  • Nutrition Q&A with Amber | 10-10:30 am
  • Nutrition information table with healthy snacks

Mindfulness – Wednesday, April 22

  • Mental Strength: The Science and Application of Mindfulness presentation with Tyler | 10 am

Connection – Thursday, April 23

  • Bring a guest for FREE
  • Kinotek movement screenings | 11 am–noon

Prevention – Friday, April 24

  • Blood pressure screenings and education | 10 am-noon
  • MyFitRx® informational table | All day

Additional Wellness Happenings

  • Daily drawing entries and grand prize for full-week participation
