10–11 am: MyFitRx® information table, including a preview of Volt
10–11 am: Heart healthy snack ideas from our Registered Dietitian
10–11 am: Prize drawings and MyFitRx® specific tours
10:15–10:45 am: Destress with a mini yoga workshop, led by Nicole
11 am–Noon: Walk with a Doc
- 11–11:30 am: Q and A session with Amy Snider, Cardiac Rehab Supervisor
- 11:30 am– Noon: 30-minute walk led by Dr. Donna Michel, walk leader for Walk with a Doc Winchester
