Pilates – A form of exercise emphasizing the balanced development of the body through core strength, balance, flexibility, and muscular control in order to support movement. All exercises can be modified to accommodate any fitness level.
Hypervolt Recovery Personal Training Sessions – Move better with Hypervolt! Do you struggle with sleep, muscle soreness, stiffness or limited range of motion? Our personal trainers offer 30-minute recovery sessions using our advanced methods including a brief assessment and reassessment as well as hyper stimulation. Hyper stimulation can help improve your range of motion, flexibility, relieve sore and stiff muscles plus promote circulation.

Personal training sessions/packages must be purchased prior to the onset of training. These are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Sessions are subject to expiration. Expiration periods begin on the date of purchase. Sessions not used by the expiration date will be forfeited.
