MyFitRx Open House Event

We are so excited to invite you to our upcoming MyFitRx Open House! Join us for a day of exploration, education and fun as we showcase the incredible offerings here at Valley Health Wellness & Fitness Center. Here’s what you can expect:
Event Highlights:
- Facility and medical integration specific tours
- Informative presentations on MyFitRx, nutrition, and more
- MyFitRx information table
- Drawings for exciting prizes **
- All attendees will be entered for a chance to win the 8-week program for free!
Classes and Workshops:
- 8–9 am: Benefits and implementation of aquatic exercise
- 9–10 am: Observe a supervised exercise session
- 10–11 am: Test your grip strength, learn its importance and ways to improve it. **
- 11 am–12 pm: Learn about our 10 program pathways
- 1–2 pm: Observe a supervised aquatic exercise session
- 2–3 pm: Spin the exercise wheel game. **
- 3– 4 pm: Get a Kinotek movement analysis.
- 4:30–5 pm: Exercise demonstration for ways to improve balance and stability.

Ready to conquer your health challenges? Join MyFitRx and receive personalized support for chronic conditions and increased physical activity. Begin any pathway for just $60 this August. This program is open to current members and the community!
Do you have a medical condition or need support to be more active? With MyFitRx, you can choose one of 10 specialized pathways designed to help you meet your health and fitness goals. In eight weeks, our certified fitness specialists will help you improve your level of physical activity through a customized fitness plan, fitness assessments and full membership access to our medically integrated fitness center.
