About Anything Goes Cardio.

Anything Goes Cardio is an upbeat, energetic cardio workout aimed at keeping things fresh to save you from finding yourself in a cardio rut! In certain classes, we perform exercises to help tone and shape. Every week is something new, so you never know what you’re going to get! “I never know what we’re going to do, and I love it,” says Michelle S., who frequents the class.

Since the class is held on Fridays, it’s great to get yourself ready for the end of your work week. “Anything Goes Cardio is the perfect way to launch myself into the weekend,” says Judy A, an avid participant in the group exercise class. It’s also a great way to start your morning at the center and spend time with other like-minded members.

With a new routine each week comes new exercises and movements. Even though there’s something new happening in class each Friday, the instructors always guide participants through every exercise to ensure a safe and effective workout. Class participant Allan M. says, “I love how the class pushes me, and the instructions are clear throughout.” Whatever your fitness level is, the instructors will help make the workouts accessible to your needs.
