Fit Walk & Pilates

September 3 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

*Format change to Fit Walk and Yoga on 9/3 with Sherry.  Fit Walk and Pilates with Diana will resume 9/10. Walking-oriented moves in the studio and on the track, toning and stretching or yoga to increase core strength, mobility, and endurance.
