We offer a wide variety of group exercise classes for all stages of adult life and fitness levels. This includes spinning (cycling), aquatic exercise, kickboxing, step aerobics, boot camp challenge, pilates, yoga, zumba, senior fitness classes, sessions geared toward those with arthritis, and classes that are done while seated in a chair.
All are free for members including occasional specialty workshops and endurance sessions. If you are new to group fitness classes or have questions about a class, feel free to speak with the instructor before class for an idea of what the class is about and how it can be modified. All instructors have top industry certifications and are ready to help you find the classes that are right for you.
There is no need to sign up in advance. Be sure to be in class at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class to guarantee your spot.
