Parisi Speed School is the industry leader in youth performance training and has been serving the community for almost 20 years. This new program is designed for youth 7-18 years old and classes will be held in our new functional training studio.

Parisi Speed School Soccer Academy

Starting December 2023

Introducing a NEW Soccer Academy hosted Parisi Speed School!

Valley Health Wellness & Fitness Center is excited to announce the launch of its new Soccer Academy, starting in December. This program is designed to help soccer players of all ages and skill levels improve their performance, reduce their risk of injury, and have more fun on the field. Athletes will also get access to our full Parisi Speed School Schedule.

Days and times:
Mondays and Wednesdays at 4 pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 pm

Here’s what you can expect during the program:

GAME TIME

• Fast, Fun and Fit!
• Audience: Ages 7-18
• Focus: Physical fitness and health awareness (not sports performance). This program is the low cost of entry into PSS.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS

PARISI EVALUATION

• Ages 7-18
• Until an athlete knows his or her current level of ability, it is impossible to realistically recommend programming, create goals and monitor progress.
• The Parisi Evaluation is mandatory for every athlete who enters the Parisi program.

JUMPSTART

• Helps any young athlete ages 7 to 12 develop an athletic foundation of skills, helping them get faster and stronger to rise above the competition.
• Our signature speed and strength methods are serious but taught in a way that keeps the athletes motivated and engaged.

TOTAL PERFORMANCE

• For ages 12 to 15, the Parisi signature speed and strength methods produce maximum improvements in athletic performance.
• Programming is broken down into an individual focus per session: linear speed, change of direction, and strength.

ELITE SPORTS PERFORMANCE

• This program, for ages 14 to 22, transitions Total Performance athletes to their next level of ability.
• At this level, athletes focus on the regression and progression of our signature speed-training methods and individualized strength training.

PEAK

• Elite Athletes (all ages)
• Training for those aspiring to compete at the highest levels, this program provides sport-specific training for athletes. (NOT SKILL SPECIFIC).
