Fitness Assessment – We use a cutting edge tool called Polar BodyAge® that we use while giving fitness assessments. During this complimentary assessment, we measure your resting heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, flexibility, strength and endurance, aerobic fitness, and many other factors to come up with your Body Age. Exercise Orientation – Using the information from your assessment, our fitness staff can design a program especially for you! During this session you will learn how to use the equipment and will be set up on a program to help you meet your goals. And depending on your need, this can be land or aquatics-based.
Re-assessment – Want to see how your Body Age has improved? Have you stopped seeing results from your exercise routine? During a re-assessment, we will evaluate your progress and re-design your exercise program to ensure you continue to get results. Re-assessments are recommended about every 6 months.
