Seated yoga movements, optional standing and seated relaxation.
Use various techniques including flats, hills, intervals, and jumps to improve endurance and strength so you can hit the road with speed and power.
A more mild, gentler style of yoga with a slower pace and less intense poses. Emphasis is on stretching, stillness, and breathing. Great for newcomers, as well as experienced yogis who are looking to add a different dimension to their yoga practice.
