Kick up the intensity with timed drills and boot camp exercises with water equipment to make you sweat but not batter your body. Will get you into shape and out of your aquatic comfort zone.

Kids Swim Lessons

Therapy Pool

The Therapy Pool will be used for small-group swim lessons on Mondays and Wednesdays 4:15pm-4:45pm.  Adult members may use the pool during this time, but swim lessons have the right of way. Pre-registration and payment required for swim lessons.
