If you have a chronic condition like hypertension, diabetes, or obesity a carefully planned diet can have a significant impact on managing your symptoms and improving your health. For most chronic conditions, the goal is to establish a new balance between good calories consumed and calories burned through physical activity.
At VHWFC, we are here to help you. March 13th celebrates Registered Dietitian Day.
