Delayed Opening Monday, 9/20: Wellness Center will tentatively open at 8am on Monday, 9/20. Electrical repairs are needed due to a motor vehicle accident outside of the Wellness Center.
Trainers provide a custom workout tailored for you. If you have injuries, specific goals, or need a change of pace, a trainer can provide a fine-tuned workout for any demographic.
Motivation & Accountability
Motivation is often the hardest part for people in continuing an exercise regimen. Regular sessions with a trainer provide accountability and motivation to help you remain on the road to results.
Monotonous workouts can lead to unmotivated exercise. Trainers can add variety to workouts to not only help with results, but to keep you on your toes with something new and fresh.
Having someone tell you exactly what to do and how to do it is probably one of the greatest benefits of having a trainer. He/she will show you proper form and technique so you are exercising in a safe, effective manner which is essential for injury reduction and results!
A trainer is able to make the most out of a session or any duration. This can be useful especially if you have a limited amount of time to exercise. A trainer will put together a workout that will maximize time and keep you burning calories.
