In working with people over the years, I have discovered that vacations cause the most havoc in people’s weight management efforts. It is not unusual to see 5 – 15 lb. gains after 7-10 days of vacation. In addition, it is during this time that many people abandon their goals for a healthier weight until the New Year or for good. But it doesn’t have to be this way. You can still enjoy vacation and not undo all of your hard work.
Here are some tips to help you enjoy vacation without a big weight gain:
