December 1-7 is National Handwashing Awareness Week
Our society would be much healthier if we made a habit of washing our hands:
Now some people go to the extreme and wash their hands obsessively or constantly use hand sanitizers. Handwashing is one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of many types of illness and infection. Doing it the right way can increase the efficacy. So, what is the correct way to wash your hands?
Why? Read the science behind the recommendations.
